Poetry Thursday: Paved With Good Intentions

This week’s Poetry Thursday entry is supplied by Matthew Barrios. I’ve known Matt for almost four years, and have been with him through thick and thin. I’ve always admired his writing, as well as his ability to relate to people. I imagine that he will be a recurring contributor to Poetry Thursday (and perhaps in other, as yet to be mentioned capacities), and am grateful for his willingness.
