Recently, I was speaking to a good friend of mine about a situation that is not important to my point today. She gave me some advice, and it was not exactly what I wanted to hear. Read more…

How to Love Those Who Leave

June 7, 2011 1 comment

In this post, I will specifically be addressing how to love people who leave the Christian faith, though it may have wider implications.

Over at Boundless, Matt Anderson has a post entitled “Loving Those Who Leave.” I found the piece to be very powerful, and one that we may end up facing more often in our lives than we might expect. Time to Take a Break

I don’t usually take time off from blogging. I took a week or two off around Christmas last December, and I missed a Poetry Thursday post during Thanksgiving week. With the finals making an appearance next week and papers and such this week, I will be taking the next two weeks off of blogging, at least here. I may still write for Push of Pikes, if I have time. If someone makes a Poetry Thursday submission, I’ll still post that, but I will not be doing any original writing for the next two weeks.

See you all soon.
